摘要
随着高等教育大众化阶段的来临,经费投入不足已日益成为制约我国高等教育迅速发展的瓶颈问题。就此从我国高等教育投入现状入手,分析目前我国高等教育经费的使用结构及未来预计需求,并就如何寻求更为科学、高效的创新型公共政策安排提出具体建议。
With the coming of popularized stage of higher education, the lack of capital investment has become the bottleneck restricting the rapid development of China higher education. Based on the investment in higher education of China, this paper analyzes the utilizing structure and future demand estimation of higher education funds, and puts forward concrete suggestions as to how to find scientific, efficient, innovative public policies.
