摘要
为了提高家用电熨斗的安全性,同时降低其能耗,设计了一种基于单片机的电熨斗安全控制器。该控制器采用触摸开关检测电熨斗的使用状态,通过单片机控制可控硅导通角来控制电熨斗的输出功率,并可方便内置于电熨斗内部。实验表明,装有该型控制器的电熨斗具有安全可靠、节能降耗、使用方便、成本低廉的特点,具有良好的市场推广前景。
In order to improve security and reduce energy consumption, a secure controller for electric iron is designed based on Single Chip Micyoco (SCM). A touch switch is used to detect the state of operation. And a SCM is adopted to control the conducting angle of a triac so that the average voltage and output power of the heater element can attenuate with the time. The experimental results confirm that the electric iron with the secure controller is securable, consumption saving, convenient for operating and low-cost.
