摘要
以中山市某社区为例,阐述近年来社区服务与发展虽然在很多城市已初具规模,并发挥着越来越重要的作用,但由于其发展仍处于初级阶段,因而实践中面临着种种困境。而在构建和谐社会视角下社区的发展必须从政策规范、社会改革等方面着手,健全社区服务发展的制度环境,提高服务质量,促进居民对社区服务的参与与社区认同感。
This paper takes Zhongshan C community as an example to show that in recent years, community service and development in many cities obviously play an increasingly important role. However, from the perspective of harmonious society, its development is still in its infancy, and even in difficulty. For a hramonius society, the community development should begin with the standardized policies and social reform. It＇s also essential to perfect the system of community service, to improve the service quality and to promote residents＇ participation in community service and community identity.
