摘要
目的建立解痹胶囊的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法对解痹胶囊中士的宁的含量进行测定。结果解痹胶囊中士的宁的含量在0．7488—5．6160μg的范围内，有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．55％，RSD为1．44％。结论建立了解痹胶囊的质量标准，该方法操作易行，稳定可靠，用于解痹胶囊中士的宁的含量，可以用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a standard for determination of Strychnine in Jiebi capsules. Method： Strychnine in Jiebi capsules by HPLC. Result： The linear range of Strychnine was 0.7488-5.6160 μg , r=0.9999. The average recovery of Strychnine was 100.55%and RSD was 1.44%. Conclusion： The method is simple ,sensitive and aeeurte and can be used to determine Strychnine in Jiebi capsules and quality control of Jiebi Capsules.
