摘要
以多孔活性炭为原料,采用锂离子电池生产工艺,批量制备了7581145型超大电容量超级电容器。制备的超级电容器以15 A循环的实际电容量超过3 300 F,第500次循环时的电容量衰减率小于2%;超级电容器的直流内阻为3 mΩ,过充、短路、挤压和针刺等安全测试的结果良好。
7581145 type ultra capacitance supercapacitor was batch prepared by the production process of Li-ion battery and using porous carbon as raw material.The actual capacitance of prepared supercapacitor was beyond 3 300 F when cycle at 15 A,the capacitance decay rate was less than 2% at the 500th cycle.The internal resistance of the supercapacitor was 3 mΩ.The results of safety tests including over discharge,short circuit,extrusion and needle-punching were fine.
