摘要
目的了解临床分离肠球菌对各类抗菌药物的耐药性,以指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法采用Micro Scan Walk-Away96全自动微生物鉴定和药敏仪对108株肠球菌进行鉴定和药敏分析。结果 108株肠球菌以粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌为主,标本主要来源尿液、生殖道标本,对万古霉素、利奈唑胺有较高的敏感性(100%)。结论万古霉素、利奈唑胺是治疗肠球菌感染最有效的药物,但是临床医生应根据药敏结果合理选用抗生素,以减少耐药菌株的产生。
[Objective]To study the drug resistance of Enterococcus clinical isolates,in order to guide the rational use of antibiotics.[Methods]108 stains of Enterococcus were identified,and the drug susceptibility analysis was performed by MicroScan WalkAway 96.[Results]108 srains of Enterococcus were dominated by Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium,the samples were mainly urine and secretions specimens of genital tract,and the sensitivity to Vancomycin and Linezolid was high (100%).[Conclusion]Vancomycin and Linezolid are the most effective drugs for Enterococcus infection.Doctor should choose the antibiotics according to the results of drug resistance test,so as to reduce the drug resistant strains.
