坑道内环境对医疗救治的影响及防护措施

摘要 目的了解坑道内环境对医疗救治的影响,探讨有效防护措施,为坑道内医疗救治顺利展开提供依据。方法在人员进驻坑道前,按春(3月份)、夏(6月份)、秋(9月份)、冬(12月份)4季,分4个点检测坑道内的温度和湿度。秋季126名卫生人员及部分流动伤病员进入坑道内进行医疗救治演练。结果人员进驻前,坑道内年均温度9.5℃,湿度33.9%。进驻后坑道平均温度10.6℃,湿度76.5%。低温高湿环境对医疗救治不利,采取有效防护措施后手术顺利进行。结论人员进驻前坑道温度较低,进驻后人体处于低温高湿环境,使人体与环境之间热能失衡,对人体产生不良影响。采取有效措施对医疗救治很有必要。 [Objective]To understand the effect of environment in tunnel on medical care,to discuss the effective preventive measures,and provide evidence for successful implementation of medical care.[Methods]Four points based on Spring(March),Summer(June),Autumn (September) and Winter(December),were sampled to detect the temperature and humidity inside the tunnel before and after personnel' entrance.A total of 126 medical workers and some the sick and wounded entered the tunnel for medical treatment training.[Results]Before entering the tunnel,the average temperature in tunnel was 9.5 ℃annually,and the humidity was 33.9%.While the average temperature turned to 10.6 ℃,and the humidity turned to 76.5% after personnel's entrance.Low-temperature and humid environment was disadvantageous for medical treatment.After taking effective protective measures,surgery was carried out smoothly.[Conclusion]The temperature in the tunnel is low before personnel's entrance.And when people enter the tunnel,they are in an environment with low-temperature and high-humidity,which cause unbalanced thermal energy between the human body and environment and lead adverse effects on human body.Thus it is quite necessary to take effective protective measures for medical treatment in the tunnel.
