病原实验室生物安全建设及风险评估概述 被引量:18

Construction and Risk Assessment of Biosafety in Pathogens Laboratory

摘要 实验室生物安全涉及多个学科和领域,是实践性和操作性较强的工作。随着我国实验室生物安全工作的深入开展和相关科研工作的不断进行,应不断丰富实验室人员的生物安全知识,提高实际操作技能和水平。《生物安全实验室建筑技术规范》是我国生物安全实验室建设非常重要的、可操作的规范文件。《微生物和生物医学实验室生物安全通用准则》、《实验室生物安全通用要求》,对不同安全水平实验室的设施都做了详细的规定,是生物安全实验室建设和改造的主要依据。《病原微生物实验室生物安全管理条例》和《实验室生物安全通用要求》又是管理生物安全实验室的活动及制定各项组织制度措施重要依据。通过开展实验室生物安全风险评估、确定实验室级别和个人防护装备、制定相应的操作规程和应急预案等措施,将会减少或避免实验室感染事件的发生。实验室安全与管理相辅相承,只有通过严格的管理、规范的操作,才能保证实验室的安全运行。 The biosafety of laboratory involves in many subjects and fields,and it is a work with strong practicality and operation.As laboratory's biosafety and the related scientific research developing fast in China,the laboratory staff's knowledge about biological safety should be enriched and the skills of practices should be improved."The Technical Specification for Construction of Biosafety Laboratory "is a very important,practical and standard document of constructing biosafety laboratory in China."General Biosafety Guidelines for Microorganism and Biological Medical Laboratories" and "General Biosafety Requirements for Laboratory" which made detailed standards for laboratory's installations of different safety levels,are the major basis for construction and transformation of biosafety laboratory."Regulations on Biosafety Administration in Pathogenic Microbiology Laboratory "and " General Biosafety Requirements for Laboratory" are also the important basis for managing the activities and making rules and regulations of biosafety laboratory.The implementation of laboratory biosafety risk assessment,determination of laboratory's grade and individual protective equipment,and development of related operation rules and emergency measures can reduce or avoid the incident of laboratory infection.The safety of laboratory is associated with management.Only the strict management and standard operation can ensure the safe operation of laboratory.
