摘要
二极管中点箝位式三电平逆变器具有结构简单,性能好等优点,但是其固有的直流侧中点电位偏移问题影响着逆变器及其电机调速系统的可靠性。基于控制自由度组合的思想,在几种常用的载波PWM方法的基础上提出了一种新的将相位偏移、竖直偏移、注入零序分量相结合的PWM法,并通过Matlab/Simulink仿真工具研究了中点电压平衡控制的效果,仿真结果证明新方法有良好的中点电位控制能力及输出电压谐波特性。
Diode-clamped three-level inverter has advantages of simple configuration and good performance,but the deviation of neutral point voltage is one of the key aspects that affects the reliability of the three-level inverter and its electric drive system.Based on the idea of control degrees of freedom combination and several common used PWM methods,a new PWM method on the combination of phase shift,vertical offset and injected zero-sequence voltage is proposed in this paper,and the system is studied through the Matlab/Simulink tool.The new method's good ability to control neutral point voltage and output voltage harmonic characteristics is verified by the simulative results.
