摘要
反射隔热涂料制备中通过不同丙烯酸乳液的混拼,使涂膜具有均衡的拉伸强度和断裂延伸率,且隔热指标符合JG/T 235—2008标准要求。指出隔热涂料制备的关键是除了适量添加空心玻璃微珠外,还需要更优化的配方设计。
The blending of different acrylic emulsions in preparing reflective thermal insulation coatings can enhance its balanced tensile strength and breaking elongation rate, and the thermal insulation performance met the requirement specified in JG/T 235 -2008 standard. It was pointed out that besides the proper addition of hollow glass microsphere, the optimized formula design was more important in thermal insulation coatings preparation.
