摘要 采用正交平行偏光消光比测量方法,设计一套基于LabVIEW软件开发平台的激光晶体消光比测试系统。系统利用计算机串口和多功能数据采集卡实现对被测晶体、检偏器的旋转控制和测试数据的采集、存储及处理。该测试系统灵敏度为1μV,测试精度可达2%,系统消光比优于45 dB;被测晶体和检偏器的旋转角度可精确控制,实现测试系统智能化。 Using orthogonal polarization parallel beam measurement method,the testing system of the extinction ratio of laser crystal is designed based on the LabVIEW software development platform.The testing system makes use of PC serial port and multi-function data acquisition card to realize rotary controlling of the laser crystals and the analyzer and to realize collection,storage and handling of test data.The sensitivity of the testing system is 1μV,and the testing precision can reach 2%,the extinction ratio of the system is superior to 45dB.Rotating angles of the measured crystals and analyzer can be accurately controlled.The testing system is realized intelligence.
