志丹白土的活化工艺及其对废水中铅离子的处理研究 被引量:2

摘要 以陕西省志丹白土为原料,采用硫酸和硝酸对其进行活化处理,考察了活化工艺条件对白土活性度和游离酸含量的影响规律,并以铅离子为目标污染物研究了样品对重金属离子的吸附性能。结果表明,活性白土的最佳合成工艺条件为:30%硝酸,固液比1∶2,活化时间5 h,活化温度85℃,在此条件下所得白土活性度高,游离酸含量低,对废水中的铅离子具有良好的吸附能力。 Acid activations process of bleaching-clay, which was collected from Zhidan Shaanxi was investigated. Acid dosages, activity, the free acid contents, and the effects of activation process parameters on the decoloration ratios and capacities of the activated materials were discussed. Experimental results showed that the nitric acid activation process was applicable to Zhidan acid activated bleaching-clay and satisfactory properties of the activated material could be obtained under controlled process parameters. The final activated process showed the best parameters of quality concentration, activation temperature and activation time was 30 %, 85℃, 5h, respectively. The activated bleaching clay showed good adsorption activity on lead ion of wastewater.
