树脂吸附蜂蜜中毒死蜱的热力学研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的考察大孔吸附树脂对蜂蜜中毒死蜱的吸附特性。方法采用静态吸附法。结果在298~318K所研究的温度范围内,LS-903型大孔吸附树脂对蜂蜜中毒死蜱吸附平衡数据符合Fre-undlich吸附等温方程。Freundlich吸附等温线和等量吸附焓表明LS-903型树脂对蜂蜜中毒死蜱的吸附是放热过程,吸附焓的绝对值随吸附量的增加而减少;吸附自由能变ΔG<0,表明该吸附过程可自发进行;吸附熵变ΔS<0,说明当毒死蜱分子被吸附于固体表面后,其运动的自由度减小。结论 LS-903型树脂对蜂蜜中的毒死蜱具有良好的吸附性能,树脂吸附法有望成为处理蜂蜜中毒死蜱残留的一种有效方法。 Aim To investigate the sorption of chlorpyrifos on the macroporous resin adsorbents ( LS-903) using static adsorption method. Methods The absorption of chlorpyrifos in honey by LS-903 adsorbents was respectively carried out at 298 K,308 K,318 K. Results The adsorption data was simulated with equilibrium equation,and investigative concentration range was obtained and followed the Freundlich-type of isotherm equation. Freundlich ad-sorption isotherms and isosteric enthalpy change of adsorption indicated that the process of adsorption by LS-903 resin was an exothermic process. The absolute value of isosteric enthalpy reduced along with the adsorptive capacity increased; the negative value of ΔG indicated the spontaneous nature of the adsorption process. Conclusion The negative values of the adsorption entropy indicated that the movement degree-of-freedom of chlorpyrifos reduces when it was adsorbed by the solid surface. The results showed that the macroporous resin adsorbents ( LS-903) could adsorb chlorpyrifos of honey which might be used to remove chlorpyrifos of honey.
