摘要
目的研究煤焦油加氢脱硫工艺过程的优化工艺条件。方法在小型固定床加氢装置上,通过单因素实验、Box-Benhnken实验设计优化工艺条件。结果得到了煤焦油加氢脱硫的优化工艺条件为:反应温度681.25K,反应压力13.10MPa,液体体积空速0.32h-1,氢油体积比1200∶1,产品硫含量为12~20μg/g。结论煤焦油的硫含量较低,要达到较好的加氢脱硫效果必须在高温、高压和低空速下进行,该工艺对煤焦油加氢改质的深入研究提供了一定的理论基础和参考。
Aim To study the optimum hydrodesulfurization processing conditions of coal tar. Methods The process was carried out in fixed-bed hydrogenation unit. The single-factor tests and Box-Benhnken experimental design were employed to determine the optimum technological condition. Results The optimum process conditions were found as follows:reaction pressure of 13. 10MPa,reaction temperature of 681. 25K,hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 1 200∶ 1 and LHSV( liquid hourly space velocity) of 0. 32 h -1,under which the sulfur content of products was 12 ~ 20 μg/g. Conclusion Although the sulfur mass fraction of coal tar was low,in order to get high desulfu-rization rate,the hydrodesulfurization reaction must be carried out at high temperature,high pressure and low LHSV. These findings provided some valuable information for the further researches in coal tar hydro-upgrading process.
