摘要
将乙醇汽油混合燃料看作类似于乙醇和碳氢化合物组成的二元体系,基于Wilson方程,对乙醇汽油混合燃料的饱和蒸气压预测方法进行了理论研究.通过求解二元混合溶液体系中各组分的活度系数,对不同乙醇掺混比的乙醇汽油混合燃料的饱和蒸气压进行了计算,获得了与试验测试较一致的结果.通过分析混合燃料蒸气压随温度的变化关系,构建了乙醇汽油混合燃料饱和蒸气压的拟合公式,并在与试验和计算值的比较中获得了较为满意的结果.
In this study,the ethanol-gasoline blend was considered to be a binary system of ethanol and hydrocarbon,and then a theoretical prediction of its saturated vapor pressure was conducted with the Wilson equation. From the analysis on the determination method of activity coefficients for each component in the binary mixture system,the saturated vapor pressure for gasoline with different ethanol blending ratios was calculated. The calculated results are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data with a maximum deviation of less than 9.5%. The relationship of fuel vapor pressure vs temperature was discussed on the basis of the results calculated,and then a fitting formula for the saturated vapor pressure was proposed. The reasonable consistency of the results obtained by experiments,calculations and predictions can be observed in the comparison.
