摘要
目的探讨黄芪多糖对慢性心肌缺血大鼠心肌氧化损伤的保护作用。方法 32只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组、模型组、黄芪多糖1组及2组,采用肾上腺素注射法建立慢性心肌缺血模型,黄芪多糖1组及2组分别给予黄芪多糖100mg/(kg.d)及200mg/(kg.d)干预,观察4组大鼠心肌匀浆及血清过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)的活性变化。结果造模2周后,模型组血清及心肌SOD表达水平低于对照组,MDA表达水平高于对照组,干预组SOD表达水平高于模型组,MDA表达水平低于模型组,并且呈剂量依赖性。结论黄芪多糖能够减轻慢性心肌缺血时的心肌氧化损伤,其可能通过调节氧化及抗氧化因子的表达发挥作用。
Objective To investigate protection of astragalus polysaccharides to oxidative damage on rats with myocardial ischemia.Methods 32 masc rats were randomly divid into control groups(CG),model groups(MG),first intervention groups(FIG)and second intervention groups,the animal model of myocardial ischemia were make with injecting isoprel,and rats in FIS received treatment with astragalus polysaccharides in 100mg/(kg·d) and 200mg/(kg·d) in SIG,the change of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malonaldehyde(MDA)were observe in four groups.Results In comparison with CG after two weeks,the lever of SOD in myocardium and serum were decreasing,and the lever of MDA were increasing in MG,in comparison with MG,the lever of SOD in myocardium and serum were increasing and the lever of MDA were decreasing,and the lever of SOD and MDA were correlative with dosage of astragalus polysaccharides.Conclusion Astragalus polysaccharides can relieved oxidative damage of myocardial ischemia,and which maybe generate by adjusting the expression of cytokine in oxidation and anti oxidation
