摘要
在产业集群和持续创新理论框架下,以五个国外典型集群为研究对象,采取多案例研究方法,对生物技术产业集群研究其持续创新网络的主要成员、网络组织结构及运行机制,并得出若干针对地方政府促进我国生物技术园区发展的启示.
Under the theoretical frame of industry cluster and sustainable innovation, it studies the critical members of the sustainable innovative networks, the network organizational structure, and the operational mechanism of bioteehnology industry duster based on the multi-case study of five oversea typical biotechnology industrial clusters. Furthermore, it puts forward some suggestions to stimulate biotechnology park development for Chinese local governments.
