摘要
采用多目标规划模型研究浙江省水资源优化配置.将模型参数确定为工业、农业及城镇生活用水量,以可持续发展为原则建立水资源优化配置的多目标模型,并采用层次分析等方法确定模型中的大量关键性系数,通过赋权将多目标合并为单目标的方法,以浙江省为例,在2005年供需水平基础上进行全省水资源优化配置模型计算,得出2010年和2020年配水方案.综合分析表明结果稳定有效.
Based on the multi-objective programming model, the problem of optimal allocation of water recourse are researched. The model parameters are usually identified as industrial, agricultural and urban domestic water consumption. According to the principle of sustainable development, the multi-objective model for optimal allocation of water resources is set up. Hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the large number of critical factors in this model. Through assigning weights, the multi objectives are merged into a single objective. Here the Zhejiang province is taken as an example, the model is computed based on the level of water supply and demand in 2005, and a blue print of regional water allocation in Zhejiang province both in 2010 and in 2020 is obtained. The synthetic analysis indicates that the result is stable and effective.
