摘要
目的探讨网络化条件下企业产品设计过程和管理模式的内容。方法从企业环境、设计管理角度分析、归纳目前企业产品过程和管理方面存在的问题和解决方法。结果应用网络化服务和设计管理理念于产品设计,可以获得先进的技术和信息资源,缩短产品的周期,提高产品的价值,增强企业竞争力。结论设计管理借助网络化在企业中得以应用,提高企业的竞争力,成为企业竞争的资本。
Aim To investigate the content of the procedure of enterprises' product design and management mode under the condition of internet. Methods The existing problems in the procedure of enterprises' product design and management and their solutions are analyzed and summarized from enterprise's environment and the design management of products. Results Applying network service as well as the idea of design management to product design, we can obtain advanced source of technology and information, shorten product development cycle, increase the product value and strengthen enterprises' competitive power. Conclusion Design management can be applied to enterprises via network. Design management has become a sort of competitive capital because it can strengthen enterprises' competitive power.
