摘要 目的了解龙岩市常规免疫接种率监测现状。方法对2009年常规免疫接种率监测结果 ,采用差值(D)和比值(R)评价方法进行比较分析。结果县级报告的及时率和完整性均为100%,2009年卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破联合疫苗、麻疹疫苗、乙肝疫苗、乙脑疫苗、流脑疫苗的常规免疫报告接种率均>99%,估计接种率在66.50%~166.44%,估计接种率与报告接种率相差较大,新罗区估计接种率均大于报告接种率。D值显示:2009年全市报告接种率均为真实、准确。R值显示:2009年全市报告接种率判定为可信。结论常规免疫报告接种率监测数据与估计接种率存在偏差,主要与流动儿童和计划外生育儿童的免疫规划管理不完善和部分乡、村的工作薄弱有关。做好流动人口和计划外生育儿童预防接种工作管理,提高报告接种率的可信性。各级政府增加经费投入,建设儿童预防接种信息管理系统各级信息管理平台,使儿童预防接种完全实现信息化、网络化管理,实现接种信息实时在线管理,从而可以避免人为判定、统计造成的误差,减少因主观因素影响常规预防接种免疫数据的准确性。 Objective To understand the monitoring status about the normal immune inoculation of Longyan. Method Compare and analyze by differentials (D) and ratio (R) evaluation methodology based on the normal immune monitoring results in 2009.Results The timely rates and the integrity of the counties are 100%. The routine coverage rate of BCG,OPV,DPT,MV,HBV,Japanese Encephalitis and Meningitis reported in 2009 was above 99%,the estimated coverage rates of these seven vaccines ranged from 66.50% to 166.44%.There are some differences between reported coverage rates and estimated ones. The reported coverage rates in Xinluo are larger than the estimated ones. The reported coverage rates of Longyan in 2009 are true and correct according to D,and R shows that the reported coverage rates of 2009 was credible. Conclusions The bias between the reported coverage rates data and the estimated ones is mainly concern with the imperfection of immunization planning and management about migrant children and un-family planning children. What's more,part of townships and villages' work is weak. To improve the credibility of the routine coverage rate,we should strengthen vaccine inoculation management of migrant children and un-family planning children. Besides,governments at all levels should increase funding to construct information management platform on children vaccinated management system. Thus,children vaccination can fully realize information,network management and real-time online management. We can avoid statistical error caused by factitious judgement and reduce the accuracy of routine immunization data because of subjective factors.
