摘要
石化企业大多远离城市,处于独立工矿区。长期以来,通过自行建设整套生活设施,以解决职工住房、医疗、交通及子女教育、就业等生活问题。企业对社区专业化重组、移交办社会职能后,社区依然承载着改善职工群众生活、调动各方面积极性的重要职能和责任。准确的功能定位,清晰的工作思路是继续做好社区工作的重要基础。
Most petrochemical enterprises are far from cities, locating at separate and independent mineral area. For a long time, we have built by ourselves the whole set of living facilities so as to solve employee＇s problems of live, such as house, medical care, transportation and education and employment of young generation. Since the community was professionally reformed, transferred and possessed social function the community still are carrying out important function and responsibility to improve staff＇ s lives, motivate activity of various sides. To position accurately the function and clear working idea are the important basis of going on to do well community work.
