摘要
结合石家庄职业技术学院管理系校企合作实践,探讨了校企合作共同培养高职人才的三种途径:充分依托校外实训基地优质资源培养人才;引店入校,校企共建准生产性实训基地;"软引进"企业行业师资,校企携手共同培养人才。
The paper introduces the school-business cooperation by the Department of Management,Shijiazhuang Vocational Technology Institute.Three approaches are discussed,namely,full use of enterprise resources,establishing school-based bases,and enterprisers serving as teachers.
