"单元制造"是精益生产理论体系中的重要支柱之一。本文针对某家具公司的屏风部件生产现状,建立屏风部件单元制造小组,有效地消除生产中效率低,浪费严重的状况,保证了产品的交货期,提高客户满意度。
Cell manufacturing is an important part of Lean Production system.This article based on ML Furniture Company＇s workshop of office furniture screen,to build up a work cell to improve working efficiency,save raw material,ensure the time of delivery,and raise the satisfaction of customer.
