摘要
目的通过检测急性冠脉综合征(ACS)伴高同型半胱氨酸血症患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)的血清水平值,探讨VEGF、MMP-9在ACS伴高同型半胱氨酸血症中的发病机制和作用。方法实验分为高同型半胱氨酸血症ACS组与非高同型半胱氨酸血症ACS组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测ACS患者血清VEGF、MMP-9水平。结果 MMP-9在高同型半胱氨酸血症ACS组明显高于非高同型半胱氨酸血症ACS组(P<0.05),VEGF在高同型半胱氨酸血症ACS组明显低于非高同型半胱氨酸血症ACS组(P<0.05)。VEGF与同型半胱氨酸、MMP-9呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MMP-9与同型半胱氨酸呈正相关性。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症可以通过降低ACS患者血管修复功能及MMPs动态平衡加速冠状动脉粥样硬化,参与ACS的病理生理机制。
Objective To investigate the changes of VEGF and MMP-9 in serum of the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) with hyperhomocysteinemia(Hcy),and to observe the role of VEGF and MMP-9 in the pathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome with hyperhomocysteinemia.Methods The patients were divided into two groups:acute coronary syndrome and acute coronary syndrome with hyperhomocysteinemia.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the concentration of VEGF and MMP-9 in serum of the patients with vascular dementia.Results Serum level of VEGF in the patients with acute coronary syndrome with hyperhomocysteinemia were significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.001).Serum level of MMP-9 in the patients with acute coronary syndrome with hyperhomocysteinemia were significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.001).VEGF was negatively correlated with Hcy level in serum (P〈0.05),VEGF and MMP-9 also showed negative correlation (P〈0.05),MMP-9 was correlated with Hcy level in serum.Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia can reduce the ability of vascular repair and the dynamic balance of MMPs to accelerate coronary atherosclerosis in ACS.
