摘要
通过分析影响两栖突击车风扇泵泄漏量的影响因素,建立了风扇泵泄漏量的偏最小二乘回归模型,得到了风扇泵泄漏量的拟合值与测量值的相对误差不超过7%,并预测了超过风扇泵允许的泄漏量极限值的时间为10 050 h,为科学确定风扇泵的更换期或大修期提供了依据。
Through the analysis of the factors that influence fan pump leakage of advanced amphibious assault vehicle,this paper creates a partial least square method model of fan pump leakage,calculates the 7% relative error between measured value and fitted value of fan pump leakage,and predicts that the time that exceeds the possible maximum limit of fan pump leakage is 10050h,thus providing a reasonable basis for defining the replacement period and major repair period of fan pump in a scientific way.
