摘要
为了提高机械手的生产率,介绍了一种基于PLC的机械手控制系统设计方案,采用STEP编程软件编程控制PLC,详细阐述了控制系统的硬件结构及软件实现方法,测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,生产率高,具有较高的应用价值。
In order to improve the productivity of manipulator in industrial production,a design manipulator control system based on PLC is introduced.Program control PLC with software STEP program,while the hardware structure and software implementation method of the contorl system are discussed in detail.The results of the test show that the system running stably,high productivity,so it has a good application value.
