摘要
首先阐明了极小子样高可靠性成败型产品试验评估的重大意义及通常用贝叶斯法解决该问题时所遇到的困难。在具有相同验前概率值的情况下,研究了不同典型验前概率分布模型对做一次成功试验后所得的验后概率值(可靠度或失败概率)的影响,并提出了一些合理选择模型的建议。
The importance of Bayes , estimation for extreme small sample,high reliability,safe or failure pattern is explained in this paper,the difficulty in solving these facts is involved.So,to different typical probability distribution model in thd same probability before test,we research the effects of probability value after having one successful test,and some proposals for reasonably selecting the model are presented.
