摘要 针对农药废水的水质特点:毒性大,废水中除含有农药和中间体外,还含有酚、砷和汞等有毒物质以及排放特征,系统分析了以膜分离为基础的废水资源化及减排技术在其处理中的应用。并在此基础上,介绍几个农药废水的实际应用情况,总结经验,为膜分离为基础的废水资源化及减排技术在农药废水处理中的应用提供借鉴。 Wastewater from pesticide industry can not be discharged and used directly due to its high toxicity.There are many methods for treating wastewate without expected effeciency,such as high cost,second pollution,losses of valuable substance,production of mass carbon dioxide.Membrane has the function of selective seperation.Different liqiud material can be separated,purified and concentrated by membrane,which is called membrane separation.This technique has many advantages of high effeciency,saving energy,no pollution,convenience,wide use and etc.,and is consided as the most advanced modern separation technique of chemical. Membrane separation can meet the need of environment protection of pesticide industry with characteristics of recovery of useful compound and treating comprehensive wastewate and further recovery.By now,membrane technique has been used in wastewate treatments of glyphosate by IDA method and by glycine,and comprehensive wastewater of Jinggangmycin.In wastewate treatment of glyphosate by IDA,this technique can recovery glyphosate and methanal,and purified wastewater can be used in reproduction,which is real resource recovery from wastewater and zero emmision of waste.In the later two applications,membrane separation also can make a good recovery of valuable and harmful compounds realizing resources recycling use.
