摘要
发展低碳经济已成为世界各国新一轮经济增长的核心驱动力,对于处在高速工业化进程中的中国,如何处理好经济社会发展与温室气体减排已成为社会关注的重大课题。何为低碳经济,如何发展低碳经济等问题我国学术界都进行了深入的研究,我国发展低碳经济必须立足于基本国情和国家利益,紧随时代潮流,通过技术创新与制度创新走出一条协调长远利益与眼前利益的中国特色低碳经济发展之路。
Development of low-carbon economy is a driving force for a new round of economic growth across the world.In the process of rapid industrialization,China is challenged with the major issue of how to address the relationship between the social development and the reduction of greenhouse gas emission.In the academic community in China,a lot of research has been done in defining low-carbon economy and how to develop low-carbon economy.In China,development of low -carbon economy must be based on the fundamental realities and the national interest in keeping with the trend of times.China should open up a road of balancing the long-term interest and immediate interest with Chinese characteristics of low-carbon economy through technological and institutional innovation.
