连翘的抗氧化成分研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的研究连翘的抗氧化作用,并分离、鉴定连翘抗氧化有效成分。方法用二苯代苦味肼基自由基[1,1-diphen-yl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)]清除实验方法,对连翘的甲醇提取物及其二氯甲烷、正丁醇、水的萃取物进行抗氧化作用评价,并从有效部位分离得到化合物。结果与结论连翘的二氯甲烷萃取物具有很强的清除DPPH自由基的抗氧化活性,并从中分离、鉴定4个化合物,分别为连翘脂素(phillygenin)、连翘苷(phillyrin)、forsythialan A、连翘酯苷(forsythosideA)。其中,forsythialan A和连翘酯苷(forsythoside A)具有较强的DPPH清除作用,其半数有效值IC50分别为154.05和69.80μg/ml。 Objective To investigate the antioxidative activity of Forsythia suspensa and to isolate and identify the active components.Methods DPPH radical scavenging activity was tested for the MeOH extract and its CH2Cl2,BuOH,H2O fractions.Results and Conclusion CH2Cl2 fractions from F.suspensa appeared potent antioxidant effects against the DPPH radical.Four components were isolated and identified as phillyrin,forsythialan A and forsythoside A,respectively.Forsythialan A and forsythoside have strong antioxidant activity and the IC50 values were 154.05 and 69.80 μg/ml,respectively.
