摘要
目的以人参、西洋参、三七中的皂苷类化合物为研究对象研究其抗氧化性能。方法采用Photochemi-lumines-cence(PCL)抗氧化活性体外评价体系为分析平台系统考察皂苷类化合物的抗氧化活性,并利用DPPH法进行对照评价。结果人参、西洋参和三七95%乙醇提取的皂苷类化合物均具有一定的清除自由基活性,并且随着皂苷含量的增加,其清除自由基能力增强。结论 PCL法成功应用于皂苷类化合物的清除自由基能力研究。
Objective To explore the antioxidative activity of the saponins in Panax ginseng,Panax quinquefoljus and Panax notoginseng.Methods Photochemi-luminescence(PCL) was applied to determine the antioxidative activity of the saponins for the first time,and DPPH method was developed for evaluating the scavenging activity of the extracts.Photochemi-luminescence(PCL) was applied to determine the antioxidative activity of the saponins for the first time,and DPPH method was developed for evaluating the scavenging activity of the extracts.Results The saponins of 95% ethanol extracts from Panax ginseng,Panax quinquefoljus,Panax notoginseng had obvious anti-radical capacity,the efficiency inereased with the contents of major saponins extracted from plants.Conclusion PCL method is successfully applied to study the the antioxidative activity of the saponins.
