摘要
流化床生物反应器(FBBR)是一种微生物同时具有附着生长和悬浮生长特征的废水处理反应器,虽然起步较晚,但因其具有优良的反应性能,目前得到广泛的研究与应用。本文正是针对FBBR中决定反应器处理效率与能耗的重要因素之一-载体颗粒进行综述。介绍了载体颗粒在反应器中所起作用、微生物与载体的结合及生物膜附着对载体性质影响等方面的情况。对比了目前FBBR中常用的3类载体-无机多孔性载体、有机多孔性载体和复合多孔性载体中部分应用载体的物理性质,并重点阐述了它们在反应器中的反应特性。最后指明复合多孔载体将是今后载体研究的主要方向,而部分可降解载体颗粒是其中的一个较重要的突破点。
Fluidized-bed bioreactor is a kind of wastewater treatment reactor with characteristics of microbial growth of both attached and suspended growth.Despite a late start relatively,it is received a wide range of research and application currently because of their excellent.This paper reviews carrier particles of FBBR which decide reactor efficiency and energy consumption.Firstly,describes the situation of carrier particles' role in the reactor,microorganisms combination with carrier and nature changes of biofilm attached carriers.,Compared the three types of commonly used at present FBBR carrier-carrier of inorganic porous,organic porous carrier and the composite porous carrier vector part of the application of the physical nature,and focuses on their response characteristics of reactor.Finally,this paper demonstrates that composite porous carrier will be the main direction for future carrier research,and part biodegradable carrier particles is one of the more important breakthroughs.
