摘要 昆虫是世界上数量最多、分布最广的节肢动物,作为自然界中长期生存的生物,其具有高度的适应能力,滞育就是其适应能力的表现之一。昆虫滞育期间维持极低的代谢速率,无明显的形态学变化。这一表面看来似乎静止的状态有其复杂的生理学及生物化学基础,昆虫的滞育一直为人们所关注。从20世纪10年代初开始,学者们对引起滞育的环境因素、滞育的生理生化、内分泌学、滞育激素的分离纯化等进行了大量研究。笔者对已有的研究成果进行了综述,以期为今后昆虫滞育的研究提供参考。 Insects with the largest number in the world are the most widely distributed arthropods. As a kind of long-term existed nature,insects have super adaptability. Diapause is one of the manifestations of its adaptation. Maintaining during diapause with very low metabolic rate,there is no obvious morphological change. This seemed static state has its own complex physiological and biochemical basis,so the insect dia-pause has been a concern to people. From the beginning of the 1910s,scholars have carried out extensive researches on environmental factors that cause diapause,diapause physiology and biochemistry,endocrinology,diapause hormone such as separation and purification. In this paper,the existing research results were reviewed so as to provide reference for the future study of insects diapause.
