摘要
[目的]为外源植酸酶在土壤中的应用提供依据。[方法]采用室内模拟培养试验方法,对施用外源植酸酶对土壤速效磷含量的影响进行了研究。[结果]添加外源植酸酶对速效磷含量有一定影响,不同土壤速效磷变化不同。在正常土壤条件下20d后取样时速效磷含量和植酸酶添加浓度呈正比关系。[结论]该研究为植酸酶在土壤中的应用提供了参考。
[Objective]The aim was to provide the basis for the application of exogenous phytase in soil. [Method]Using the laboratory incubation method,the effects of applying exogenous phytase on the content of available phosphorus in soil were studied. [Result]The results also showed that the addition of exogenous phytase had some influences on the content of available phosphorus,and the changes of the content of available phosphorus were different in different soils. Positive correlation was shown between the addition concentrations of phytase and available phosphorus content in normal soil after sampling 20 d. [Conclusion]The study provided basis for the application of phytase in soil.
