摘要 丝氨酸蛋白酶是最大的一类蛋白酶家族,广泛参与植物的衰老、细胞分化、超敏反应、蛋白质降解和加工等生理过程。笔者综述了丝氨酸蛋白酶家族在植物体内作用,丝氨酸蛋白酶在植物器官衰老方面的作用以及在瓶插切花衰老方面的研究进展。 Serine protease is a kind of maximal protease family.It has important effects in plant senescence,plant cell differentiation,hypersensitivity,degradation and processing of protein.The serine protease family in plant research situation,the effect of serine protease in plant senescence and the recently research of senescence in cut flowers were summarized.
