摘要
采用不同浓度的多效唑(PP333),矮壮素(CCC)和比久(B9)处理盆栽百子莲。结果表明:PP333处理浓度为1000mg/L时,推迟始花期9d,浓度为200mg/L时,延长花期持续时间近6d;施用20000mg/L的B9推迟始花期3d,延长花期持续时间2d;施用2000mg/L的CCC提前始花期3d,缩短花期持续时间2d,花径缩小12.26%,植株全部开花;3种延缓剂均使百子莲最高净花率下降,花葶增粗,PP333与CCC处理使花葶矮化。
Agapanthus praecox were applied with PP333,CCC or B9 in different concentrations.The main results are showed as follows.Applied with PP333 made the initial bloom of Agapanthus praecox delayed 9d when concentration is 1 000 mg/L and the florescence prolonged nearly 6 d when concentration is 200 mg/L;Applied with B9 made the initial bloom of Agapanthus praecox delayed 3 d and the florescence prolonged 2 d when concentration is 20 000 mg/L;Application of CCC promoted flowering of Agapanthus praecox 3 d and the florescence reduced 2d when concentration is 2 000 mg/L,and floral diameter reduced 12.26% and all of the plant can flowering;The maximum net flowering rate of Agapanthus praecox which scape were thick declined when applied with the three plant growth retardants;The scape were dwarfed with PP333 ahd CCC application.
