摘要
在试验研究基础上,分析了物镜形式对激光位移传感器测量精度的影响,讨论了图象处理的阈值确定方法.采用3σ准则和样本平均降低了光源不稳定对精确度的影响.认为在采用三次样条拟合定标曲线的前提下,可用单片透镜代替非球面透镜.
Based on the experiment of the laser displacement sensor,the method of determining the threshold of image processing and the influence of constructional parameters and the type of lens on the measurement is studied.The result shows that it is possible to replace the aspherical lens by the simple lens in the case of fitting the scaling curve with 3 order spline.In order to reduce the influence of the dis stability of light source on measurement accuracy,the 3 σ criterion and sampling average are adopted.
