溴敌隆中毒并发下肢血栓形成一例 被引量：3

摘要 患儿,女,12岁,2009年11月,因＂误服溴敌隆后鼻衄、皮肤瘀斑20 d,右臀部疼痛3 d.＂入院.患儿1个月前误服溴敌隆,当时无鼻衄,牙龈出血,皮肤瘀点瘀斑等出血表现,即在当地医院给予洗胃等治疗,未进行凝血功能检查,未进一步治疗.20 d前患儿出现鼻衄,牙龈出血及皮肤瘀点瘀斑,无呕血,无便血,无黑便,无头痛头晕,曾在外院查凝血功能异常,拟＂溴敌隆中毒＂住院10 d.予维生素K1,血浆,凝血酶原复合物等治疗,好转后出院.3 d前患儿出现皮肤瘀斑,伴右臀部疼痛,行走受限,复查凝血功能异常,予收住我院.
