摘要
灯盏花,又名灯盏细辛,首载《滇南本草》,为云南地道民族药材.综述灯盏花的化学成分、药理作用、临床用途、检测方法的研究进展.其化学成分有黄酮类,咖啡酸酯类,芳香酸类等化合物;药理作用主要有舒张血管,改善微循环,抑制血小板及红细胞聚集,降低血液粘稠度等;临床上主要用于治疗心脑血管疾病等;检测方法有薄层扫描法、紫外分光光度法、高效液相法,毛细管电泳法等.以期为今后的深入研究和开发利用提供参考.
Erigeron breuiscapus（Vant.）Hand-mazz is a genuine crude drug in Yunnan province,which was contained firstly in Diannan herbs.This articls reviewed the research progress in Chemical composition which include flavone,caffeic acid ester and aromatic acid et al;Pharmacological function which include expanding blood vessel,improving microcirculation,inhibiting accumulation of platelet and red corpuscle,lowering blood viscosity et al;Clinical application which is effective in treating cardiovascular and cerebral vessels dieases et al;test method which include TLC,UV,HPLC and capillary electrophoresis et al.It can provide reference for studying this plant in futrue.
