摘要
采用人工接种玉米丝黑穗病菌的方法,测定了3种浓度的绿色木霉L24菌株可湿性粉剂稀释液对玉米进行浸种和喷雾混合处理后,玉米植株中的一些生理指标的变化及其对玉米丝黑穗病的防治效果。生理指标测定结果表明,经木霉L24菌株制剂处理后,与直接接种玉米丝黑穗病菌对照相比,玉米植株内的过氧化物酶活性(POD)显著提高,超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量有不同程度的降低;田间试验结果表明,绿色木霉L24菌株制剂3种浓度对玉米丝黑穗病均有较好的防治效果,其中绿色木霉L24菌株制剂稀释500倍液防治效果最好,达94%。表明绿色木霉L24菌株可有效降低玉米丝黑穗病菌对玉米植株造成的胁迫作用,进而起到防治玉米丝黑穗病的效果。
The maize inoculated maize head smut fungi was treated using the wettable powder of Trichoderma viride L24 conidiophore by soaking and spraying to determine the efficacy of Trichoderma viride L24 on the head smut of maize by determining the activity of peroxidase(POD),superoxide(SOD),soluble sugar content and soluble protein content and field experiment.The results showed that Trichoderma viride L24 increased peroxidase(POD) activity,decreased superoxide activity(SOD),soluble sugar content and soluble protein content.In addition,the results of field experiment showed that the different dilution of Trichoderma viride L24 had positive effects on the head smut of maize and the efficacy was 94 %.All results revealed that Trichoderma viride L24 could decrease the stress on maize of head smut,.
