摘要
在硝酸生产中,一些化学反应必须在高温高压下进行。为确保证装置长效、安全、稳定运行,第一停车故障事件锁定及报警系统对故障分析、判定至关重要。提出和论证了硝酸装置故障事件锁定报警系统方案,并针对设计方案、硬件配置、系统软件、用户程序及系统调试等方面的内容做了阐述。
In the production of nitric acid,some chemical reactions in high temperature and high pressure must be conducted,a complete and reliable incidents locking and alarm system to help the incidents analysis will play a crucial role to ensure device can stable and safe,effective operation.The scheme of incidents locking and alarm system for the first shutdown of the nitric acid unit is put forward and proved.According to design proposal,the work about the hardware configuration,the software system,the user program and system debug,etc,is expounded.
