文章通过对欠发达地区县级公共图书馆设施建设基本现状和存在问题的剖析,详细阐述了县级公共图书馆建设的重要性以及如何推进欠发达地区县级公共图书馆设施标准化、规范化、科学化建设。
Through analyzing the current status and existing problems of facility construction of the county level public libraries in underdeveloped areas, this article elaborates the necessity of constructing the county level public libraries and how to step up the construction of library facilities on a standardized, normalized and scientific track.
