摘要
对于疏松砂岩油藏水平井,较好的防砂方法是绕丝筛管砾石充填防砂,但目前成功率很低。本文主要分析水平井砾石充填机理,综述了目前水平井砾石充填的研究现状及存在的问题。不论是物理模拟还是数值模拟,水平井砾石充填所用到的携砂液均为牛顿流体,而泡沫流体具有高携带性能和低滤失性,通过对砾石充填机理的认识,用泡沫流体作为携砂液对水平井砾石充填可能会得到更好的充填效果。
This paper reviews the latest advances of numerical simulation for gravel packing in horizontal wells.The discussion focus on gravel packing process mechanism and technology;A description is made on slurry flow in screen/wellbore annuli,carried fluid flow in wash-pipe/screen annuli.Whether it is physical modeling or numerical simulation,gravel packing sand-carrying fluid which are used in horizontal wells are Newtonian fluids.By understanding the mechanism of gravel packing,foam fluid with high performance and low fluid loss to reservoir, is more suitable for gravel packing in horizontal wells.Overview of the current level of research prospects gravel packing in horizontal wells.
