摘要
目的了解北京市三甲医院的用药现状及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过医院信息管理系统,将药品按药理作用分为21大类,对北京市某三甲医院2005—2008年各类用药情况进行统计分析,包括药品名称、规格、数量、销售金额等。结果 2005—2008年药品销售金额的年平均增长速度为34.6%,4年抗感染药物销售金额均排第1位,抗变态反应药物销售金额均排最后1位。2005—2008年抗寄生虫药物、营养药、特殊管理药物、抗肿瘤药物、中成药、呼吸系统用药及泌尿系统用药的年平均增长速度均超过药品总金额的年平均增长速度;而血液及造血系统用药、循环系统用药、生物制品及生化制剂等年平均增长速度均低于药品总金额的年平均增长速度。结论北京市三甲医院药品销售金额逐年增长,且增幅较快;药品各大类销售金额排序相对稳定;销售金额排序列前10位的药品中抗感染用药较多。
Objective To explore drug utilization status and its trends in a first-class hospital to provide a reference for rational use of drugs.Methods Through the hospital information management system,drugs were divided,according to pharmacological effects,into 21 main categories in a first-class hospital.A statistical analysis was performed on drug uses including drug names,specifications,quantity,sale amount of money,etc.in a first-class hospital from 2005 to 2008.Results The average annual growth rate of drug sale money amount from the year of 2005 to 2008 was 34.6%,antiinfective ranking the first,allergy preparations ranking the last.The average annual sale growth rates of antiparasitic properties,nutritional medicine,special-managed drugs,anticancer drugs,Chinese patent medicine,drugs for respiratory system and for urinary system were higher than that of total sale amount of money,and that of drugs for blood and hematopoietic systems,circulatory system,biological products and biochemistry agents lower.Conclusion Drug sale money amount grew fast year by year in the first-class hospital in Beijing.The rank order of the sale money amount of all main categories is relatively stable.The top 10 drugs in sale money amount are mainly antiinfective ones.
