摘要
介绍了连铸方坯疏松缺陷形成的机理,对不同钢种采取拉速限制措施、优化配水制度、合理控制H08终点氧位、浇注过程中中间包钢水过热度限制在20~30℃之间、气水雾化二次冷却等措施,铸坯中心疏松一般可控制在0.5级以下;采用结晶器电磁搅拌,铸坯的中心疏松可控制在0.5~1.0级以下。
The mechanism of forming of porosity defect in continuous-casting square billet is introduced.For various grades of steel the center porosity in billet can be controlled under 0.5 class with measures such as: limiting drawing speed,optimizing water-feeding system,reasonable control H08 end oxygen,controlling superheating of molten steel in tundish between 20~30 ℃ during casting,gas and water atomization second-cooling,or under 0.5~1.0 class with mold electric-magnetic stirring.
