摘要
通过对5CrNiMo钢热锻模采用整体等温处理+轮廓感应加热淬火复合处理新工艺,可在提高模具基体强韧性的基础上,同时增加了模具型腔表面层的硬度和耐磨性,可有效地提高模具的使用寿命。
A new process of compound heat treatment of entire austemper and outline-induction hardening on 5CrNiMo steel is studied. The impact toughness of the matrix is improved,the wear resistance and hardness of the surface is also improved. It can increase services life of dies efficiently.
