摘要 目的探讨鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的临床效果。方法随机将诊断为急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的87例分为mNGF组及对照组,对照组给予常规药物、高压氧治疗,mNGF组在对照组治疗基础上每天加用mNGF30μg肌内注射,治疗前、后分别对患者进行症状观察、脑电图检查及长谷川痴呆量表评分,评定临床疗效。结果 mNGF组显效率为81.4%,对照组显效率为47.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子对急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病有明显疗效。 Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of Mouse nerve growth factor (mNGF) in patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP).Methods A total of 87 patients diagnosed as DEACMP in our hospital with dementia,psychiatric and extrapyramidal symptoms was randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group underwent conventional therapy,while the study group was injected with 30 microgram of mNGF every day in addition to conventional therapy.Both the groups were assessed for the clinical curative effect,electroencephalogram and Hasegawa dementia scale(HDS) before and after treatment.Results The efficacy rate of mNGF group was 81.4% while the rate of the control group was 47.7% with significant difference (P0.05).Conclusion mNGF is effective in the treatment of patients with DEACP.
