摘要
建立社会主义市场经济制度的过程中,我国学者沿着两条路径探讨了劳动与资本的关系问题。一条从劳动价值论出发,将研究聚焦到劳动力产权制度上,提出了由"物质财产产权"和"劳动力产权"构成的"双产权制度"理论;另一条从人力资本理论出发,将企业理解为人力资本所有者和物质资本所有者的产权交易契约,提出了由"物质资本产权"和"人力资本产权"组成的"双产权制度"理论。最后,两条路径在本质上汇合到一起。"双产权制度"理论为我们建立社会主义市场经济条件下的合作型劳资关系,奠定了产权理论基础。
In building a socialist market economy system,Chinese scholars have been exploring the relations between the employer and the employees through the following two routes. One is based on the value of labor with its focus on a system of labor force property right ,which gives rise to a system of double-property right consisting of "physical property right" and "labor force property right",while the other is based on the human capital theory with the understanding that an enterprise is a property transaction agreement between the owner of human capital and the owner of physical capital,which generates a "double-property system" theory made up of "physical capital property right" and "human capital property right". And finally the two routes have joined each other in essence. The "double-property right system" theory has given us a foundation for property right theory that will ensure a cooperative labor relation under the socialist market economy system.
