摘要
当前高校普遍采用校、院二级管理体制和运行机制,日常的各项教学事务及其管理基本落在了高校的各个院系。为使院系办公室人员从通过手机短信进行通知、回复的繁杂教学管理事务中解放出来,设计了一个院系教学管理短信服务系统。该系统可以实现院系日常教学管理事务的短信通知与通知收到情况跟踪和各类教学信息的短信查询。由于该系统设计遵循和强调的是系统功能的通用性,因而该系统具有很强的实用性和广泛的应用性。
Currently, universities generally adopt system of management and operation by the two levels of university and college.Therefore, daily teaching management affairs of a university mainly fall on every colleges of the university.In order that the college office workers can be released from the miscellaneous teaching management affairs that can be processed by notification and replying of mobile short messages, the author designed a short message service system for college teaching management. This system can realize the short message notifications of daily teaching management affairs and the tracing of the receipt cases of the notifications as well as short message queries of kinds of teaching information. The generality of system function was followed and emphasized in the design of this system, so this system has strong practicality and wide applicability.
