摘要
研究了反应球磨方法制备的NiAl-TiC复合材料的组织和力学性能.结果表明,强化相呈两态分布.1000℃长期退火对材料的组织和显微硬度影响不大.NiAl-TiC复合材料的强度远高于铸态NiAl的强度,也比XDNiAl-TiB2复合材料的强度高.高温热等静压后,该复合材料的室温和高温屈服强度都明显下降.材料的高温强度依赖于应变速率。
Microstructure and mechanical properties
of mechanically alloyed NiAl-TiC composite have been investigated. The results show
reinforced TiC particle is bimodally distributed. Microstructure and microhardness of NiAl-TiC
composite have no significant change after annealed at 1000℃ for a long time.The strength of
NiAl-TiC composite is higher than these of and extruded NiAl as well as XD NiAl-TiB 2
composite. Yield stresses at both RT and high temperature drop obviously after HIP. Strength at
high temperature is dependant on strain rate,and deformation is controlled by diffusion
mechanism.
